Brady Carr is the owner of Carr Property Designs & Solutions LLC and a lifelong Central Ohio native. Growing up in New Albany, Brady developed an interest in landscaping and outdoor design early on, gaining hands-on experience working with multiple landscape and hardscape companies throughout high school and college.

After graduating from New Albany High School, Brady attended Lincoln Trail College, where he was a student-athlete on the baseball team and earned his associate degree. His years of experience in the landscaping industry gave him an appreciation not only for quality craftsmanship, but also for the importance of reliability, communication and earning a customer’s trust.

That experience ultimately led Brady to start Carr Property Designs & Solutions with a straightforward approach: do quality work, communicate clearly and make the process as seamless as possible for the customer.

Today, Brady brings that approach to every project, working closely with homeowners to understand their property, their goals and how they want to use their outdoor space. Whether it’s refreshing an existing landscape, improving a property or creating something entirely new, the goal is the same: thoughtful solutions, dependable service and work that looks great and is built to last.
